2025 Show President

We are also pleased to confirm that our President for 2025 is Michael Hughes, Managing Director, Whirledge & Nott Chartered Surveyors

Michael had the following to say:

“I have been a regular attendee of the show since the 1990’s and am a great believer in rural events of this nature. I have been Honorary Secretary of the Rochford Hundred Agricultural Society for 27 years and am a past chairman of the Essex Agricultural Society and president of Essex Agricultural Valuers.

In my day job I am Managing Director of Whirledge & Nott Chartered Surveyors, who provide advice for property owners across Essex and beyond. We have sponsored the show for over thirty years and a significant proportion of our clientele are from the Thurrock area.

The Orsett Show continues to grow and is arguably the premier event of its type in Essex. This year we have a particularly exciting and busy schedule including Squib Motorcycle Display Team, Gun Dogs, Birds Of Prey, Wrestlers and much much more.
