The Orsett Show affords a unique opportunity for local companies
to discuss their business with potential customers and
consumers, and is a very cost effective method of advertising.
Well over 100 stands are taken, and the average attendance is
around 15,000.
We are now taking bookings for trade stand space at the Orsett
Show 2010. You can apply by post using our downloadable
application form, or apply online.

Trade Stand space around the main rings:
The size of the trade stand is
measured per metre of frontage,
with reasonable depth, and costs
from only £20.00 per metre. Please allow enough width to your
stand for tent guy ropes and trailer drawbars. (Minimum 3
metres at £20 per metre (3.25ft) frontage).
Tents:
Only tents in good condition
will be permitted. We are sorry that we are unable to provide
tables or chairs. If you have ordered a tent from a contractor
please inform us where, on your pitch, you would like the tent
to be situated. The shows main tent contractors are: BSW
Marquees, Station Road, Rayne, Braintree, Essex, CM7 8RX. Telephone 01376 344909.
The covered arcade:
Stands inside the covered arcade
marquee are available from £32.00 per metre (3.25ft) frontage.
Banner advertising space:
Banners can be placed around the Main Ring at £30 per 3
metres (9.75ft).
Electricity:
One or two 13 amp electrical sockets are available at extra cost
if required (£65 for 1, £80 for 2)
Personal and vehicle passes:
All car parking is free of charge and 2 personal passes will
be supplied for the first 4 metres booked, an extra pass will be
issued for every further 2 metres booked. One Green Vehicle Pass
for every 4 metres will be issued to allow access via the
Rectory Road entrance to the Trade Stands before 10am. If your
vehicle is not needed on or behind your stand please could they
be parked in the car park for which there is no charge. No
vehicle access to trade stands will be permitted between 10am
and 5.30pm for Health and Safety reasons. No vehicle will be
allowed into the stand space area without a Green Pass.
