PLEASE NOTE

Raffles, tombolas and similar are not permitted on trade stands
Public liability is the standholder's responsibility
No walking around the showground touting for business
All trade stands must keep within their designated boundaries
No vehicles to be moved in the public areas between 10 am and 5.30 pm
The Society reserves the right to refuse any application for trade space
Although the application form for trade space is now online, we cannot at this time accept online payment. You will need to send us your cheque and a copy of your public liability insurance cover before your stand application can be approved.
